Hello, Sorry, your experience at Exigo was not what you had expected. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors. It would be difficult to maintain a 31 year old company if our leadership didnt care about our team and turnover was excessive. During the pandemic and for some time after, we experienced higher employee turnover as did our competitors. Thankfully, things have settled down and we are back to a normal percentage. Leadership at Exigo for the past 30 years has led numerous non-profit organizations, entrepreneur organizations, and government organizations that were very successful. We encourage the same leadership growth in our employees that manage our customers.
