Pros
I feel fortunate to work with Eximius Design from WD client location. 1. I got Good hike each year for my 2.5 year tenure working with them 2. They really respect your hardwork, which is a good sign if you are willing to learn and work.
Cons
There are few cons as well which i feel Eximius should not have planned to impose on employees. 1. Tracking the employees by asking them to install GPS tracked applications and forcing them to login while entering office premises. I feel its bizarre policy which they brought in. If the company has issue with one employee, the company should not look at every one with the same way and force such policies on everyone.
