Pros

Much diminished staff over the years, but those that do remain are great people. Lots of data and exposure to a variety of development aspects Great pay and benefits

Cons

REGUALR layoffs (Culture has been poisoned because of this). Uncertain future. Pay and benefits are all that keeps employees there. Very little investment in the employee for growth (despite stating they want to). Very few mentor opportunities.
