Pros

For the benefits and that it is under the cheasapeak umbrella. Its pretty stable and have more benefits than they know what to do with.

Cons

Long hours. Time away from your family. Can be very stressfull at times but it is in the drilling side of things,

Many employees have very negative attitudes which can make the place feel very stressful Severe lack of communication between people and lack of process Very controlling upper management No real "team" atmosphere

Pros

On campus gym, health, and restaurant facilities. Pretty campus and nice office space. Convenient location. Company tickets to athletic events.

Cons

Difficult to move up in the company. Long hours with lackluster compensation. Lots of competition within departments instead of always working with each other.
