Pros

Lots of leaders to learn from. I was able to ask questions and grow my knowledge. I always felt like a part of the team since the first day.

Cons

Unexpected transition of systems. Lots of unanswered questions regarding processes because of merger.

Pros

Competitive pay, not much else

Cons

Endless layoffs, teams are pared down to bare bones and whoever is left picks up the responsibilities of multiple employees.

Too many layoffs

Pros

Autonomy, solid data to work with, not major red tape to get initiatives rolled out

Cons

A lot of layoffs, part of the culture. Company is very reactive to market and analyst sentiment, sometimes going against long-term strategy to appease short-term reactions.
