Pros

Excellent benefits and compensation. 1k bonus for having good health, 250-500 for Thanksgiving, bonuses in June and December that can range up to 3k, stock, and salary increases. Up to 240 hours of vacation time and 80 hours of sick leave (you start out with 96 hours vacation and 80 hours sick, and 8 hours paid off for your birthday) Culture where employees feel like they are a major part of their community The company name association gets you a lot of attention in state of Oklahoma Wonderful lower level and mid level leadership Campus feel is great World class fitness center Plenty of help available for work matters, health matters, and personal matters

Cons

None at this time. It has been a great year and a half for me.

Pros

Benefits, community involvment, connections / networking, industry training and learning, flexible and treated as an adult. Off at noon on Fridays in the Summer. Incredible restaurants with great variety (Sushi, mongolian grill, fresh fish, salads, etc.) Movies and family activities, Fitness Center is amazing. Generous Time off, stock awards, 401k match is 100% up to 15% of Salary + bonus. Bonus and stock awards twice per year.

Cons

Parking was a problem, but that is resolved with new parking garages. Fitness Center at lunchtime gets crowded (not really a con, but the only thing I could come up with)
