Decent company with a good work life balance.

Cons

They have a old school mindset and does not want to evolve. From personal experience, sometimes you are just another cog that gets looked over. The people who put in work barely gets recognize while the people who are not the best workers gets a freebee to slack off.

Salary; 3 weeks vacation; insurance; however pros no way offset cons

Cons

Incredibly depressing environment; the culture and values preached are not adhered to; severe communication issues and outdated processes; zero transparency and poorly defined metrics; strangely run almost like a "boys club"; nonsensical rules that almost seem like they are meant to be demoralizing.
