I'm going to focus on the fact that when I worked there, I was informed that I was required by management to remove the LGBTQ+ pride flags from my desk. After months of arguing with leadership and HR about it, I left after receiving a completely empty "apology" that amounted to "we're sorry if our discriminatory actions offended you."
There's also the fact that my pay was at least $20k below market value, but I'm honestly more chapped about the discrimination.
