This company is the only company I've ever worked for where every supervisor and manager is professional and they are held accountable and to a higher standard. The benefits are unbelievable. You start out with three weeks of vacation, there a year end bonus of 1k+, employee stock purchase option, 401k, etc. This company has many opportunities for promotion and advancement. The job security is second to none. The company has never had to fire anyone it it's history when hurting financially when it comes to things like Covid. No one was let go. You have job security here.

Cons

Some of the most unprofessional peers(3 of them) I've ever worked for have been here but I think that's a reflection of them. I had someone do something very heinous to me on the job that would have been a fireable offense at other companies and they weren't terminated. I would like to see more accountability here when it comes to individuals and toxicity.
