      Good work-life balance. Steady work

      Cons

      Poor management with a lack of communication and transparency. Management plays favorites and enforces double standards. No HR department to address employee concerns. Compensation is below current market rates. Promotions feel meaningless with minimal increments and no clear career growth path. It’s an okay place for short-term experience, but not a company to build a long-term career.
