Above market average pay and profit sharing depending on company performance.

Cons

Management only looks at data instead of understanding the situation from the ground. Fast paced working environment and lack of balance between sales and product input. Sales and account management teams tends to over commit without considering products capacity. Sales and account management team have poor knowledge on the operation and only knows how to cue and push everything to product. Technically they are just a parrot between customer and internal.

Cons

They do not provide increases. They say the company is doing bad when you ask for an increase. Lots of managers, supervisors , staff sleep their way into positions and positions are never advertised it just given to their favorites.
