- Huge workload and OT, hard to have work-life balance especially in peak season - Limited chance for promotion because HODs are loyal, so management level almost never change - Salary for Sales persons is not competitive in comparison to other forwarders because almost customers are nominated, so it's hard to sale free-hand

Extremely conservative, even for Georgia. The dress code is strict Pay is largely based on race and gender (white males earn more than all other groups and are promoted more quickly). The workload tends to be unmanageable. Management also has an absurdly high workload, which means they are of little help to employees reporting to them. Pay raises are infrequent, if not altogether absent. Recognition is a nice reward, but it will likely be the only one you get. There is the potential for growth within the company, but only through several years of tedious, grueling work.
