Pros
No lay off policy, good teamwork with colleagues, management... meh Training is second to none, big emphasis on ensuring everything is done right, first time. Bonuses are good and dependent on how the branch/ department did that year/ month.
Cons
money driven, everything has a cost and must be accounted for, unless it comes to pay rises then "the market rate shows different". "Culture" and "Compliance" are buzz words for when it suits, usually when someone is watching. Overhire due to "30% of new starters leave within the first 6 months"
