Pros

The team of people I worked with were great. There were opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

Management seems to live in their own little world. The company is extremely slow to change. People were expected to take on more and more without also being paid adequately for it. Work/life balance decreased my entire time working there. No HR department so you had to be careful in who you talked to. Compensation is very below average.

Compensation is lowest in the industry Work/life balance - they expect 1 person to juggle 2-3 roles without additional pay Lack of communication - you are never told what your salary is when u change roles and are not allowed to speak to anyone in the company about your pay. Slow to change and keep up with culture and technology Arrogant - at one point top of their game however choices are aplenty now yet senior leadership refuses to budge on policies and compensation

It was my first job out of college with no experience. I knew I wasn’t going to be here for long and left for another company as soon as the job market turned.

Cons

Compensation was extremely low. It’s been years since I left the company, but when one of the selling points was the company dress code, I knew there something strange going on.
