Cons
They don’t terminate employees -so subpar workers can get work removed from their desk and that will be added to a competent worker’s already full desk. If you show any understanding or competence, be ready to drown and be held accountable for any and every mistake regardless of how much OT you put in just to manage your desk. It’s just not worth it when you and your subpar coworker are making the same pay. I know people who have been in my same position for 6 years who are quality and haven’t received any raises for 4+ years. Also the bonus pool is a scam, don’t settle for that in lieu of a raise. Company promotes “free mobility” if you like a different position or department within the company, but that is a lie. If you’re more valuable or needed in your current position - management will secretly block you from getting that new position
