      Pros

      The team was great and its easy to get along with everyone.

      Cons

      Not much money or room for career growth. Felt like a dead end job and the 12 hour shifts were brutal.

      Pros

      On the business side, leadership is very common sense. If I need to duck out to take care of something, I can. I really enjoy all my colleagues, the work is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Company is very old fashioned and financially conservative, down to the point of not providing office supplies. There's an allotment of WFH days vs trusting employees to work with management for the best solution, I've always felt underpaid, team underfunded.

      Very laid back culture, nothing hard and fast. Job is secure, a lot of employees work 30+ years

      Very slow growth, expected to stay in one role for 2+ years before promoting
