Pros

Benefits (bus pass, medical insurance premiums are 100% paid for family) If you work for the right management chain, you can be happy. Company is stable, profitable and secure. Senior management is trustworthy. Growth is yours to seek and earn if you're motivated.

Cons

The biggest con is that everyone's experience greatly differs. -There is no consistency from group to group (Information Services) or manager to manager. -There are some managers and senior managers who have no business being in the role they're in. -Teams pick up other teams' slack even if it's not their discipline.

Pros

Very stable company in a stable industry, great internal training opportunities and the benefits are good.

Cons

Poor management and opportunities for advancement is limited (depending on who you are or know). Too much autonomy at the branch level. There's a greater need to work more as "One Company" to benefit the company as a whole and not one branch or region over another. Performance reviews are not regular. Employees aren't always treated fairly. What's okay for one is not okay for another employee on the same level.
