      - Development possibilities, it might not always go at the timing you want, but with the right attitude and patience there are a lot of opportunities for growth. - Open door policy; access to every person within the organization, regardless of job title. - Information/knowledge sharing; this is done in a very structural way and happens continuously, so all employees are aware of what changes are happing in the market or within Expeditors. - open to feedback

      - On some items the company can be a bit rigid, but it looks like a new leaf is turned on some items such as the dress code and working from home.
