      The people at expeditors are the real differentiator.

      Pros

      They make it easy to join the team at expeditors. From the minute you walk in you are guided through hands on learning in a very team oriented atmosphere. Everybody at expeditors is hard working, but there still exists a fun and exciting culture.

      Cons

      It can be easy to feel lost at such a large company, especially one spread throughout so many countries. At times it can be challenging to work together with some many people spread thought the world, but we have the tools and people to make it work.

      Pros

      Opportunities come to those which rise to seize them. Great company; you do get what you put in to working here, with patience and hustle. (The key is hustle, and to do it with consistency and modesty in itself and nothing will go unnoticed by others)

      Cons

      Not any real cons out there other than the standard bad business decisions one sees at offices from time to time, but that's business anywhere. No way to learn without a business or its leaders/people taking a knock from time to time.
