Good medical benefits For some reason very forward thinking technology and high rate of adaption to new methodology and tools

Too conservative and a distinct lack of trust from senior management to employees. I worked in the IS dept of Expeditors, so the software and tools that you get to develop are cutting edge, however it is has ways to go in improving rention. Management at all levels is almost forced to micro manage employees, their hrs their break etc. Alsmost like an hourly paid employee. too old fashion and stuck up.
