Good environment, good teamwork for the most part, very friendly

Cons

bad management, no leadership, all play favoritism in order to move up or get a raise. Too many supervisors during the day and none at night so there is no leadership at night which means a lot of screwing around.

Good benefit, training, and mentorship. If you do well in this company, you can work in any company.

Cons

very straight, tight up, and army type environment. A lot of unspoken rules. compensation is always below market, coz' relatively good benefit. There is no HR, your supervisor/manager is basically the HR.
