Pros

You can be terrible at your job and get away with it. They will have others do your job.

Cons

Management is terrible. They don't value employees. They change everything and never pay attention to feedback. They will promote you if you are buddies with higher managers. They will force you to work in the office. Salary is 70% lower than other companies.

- The people (outside of upper management) - Flexible schedule with 4/10s optional

Cons

- Resistant to change - WFH days are treated like vacation days (you have to request them in advance and are only allocated 26 a year) - Upper management has distrust with their reports and we're treated like children - Pay is below average for devs - Underperformers are ignored and fly under the radar
