      I have worked for Expeditors for 5+ years, and I can only speak from my own personal time here but working with the European team has been great, especially since the change of Regional Presidents in Sept '14, we are growing at a rate of knots, motivation and moral is at an all time high due to our new Executive Vice President and his passion for Expeditors, yes a few changes have been made in upper management to be expected if you want to get off the plateau, but the results have been 100% worth it. It's an exciting company to be in right now, I'm looking forward to the future.
