      Pros

      Very stable company in a stable industry, great internal training opportunities and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Poor management and opportunities for advancement is limited (depending on who you are or know). Too much autonomy at the branch level. There's a greater need to work more as "One Company" to benefit the company as a whole and not one branch or region over another. Performance reviews are not regular. Employees aren't always treated fairly. What's okay for one is not okay for another employee on the same level.
