once you get used to it, job is pretty to the point

This company is the only company I've ever worked for where every supervisor and manager is professional and they are held accountable and to a higher standard. The benefits are unbelievable. You start out with three weeks of vacation, there a year end bonus of 1k+, employee stock purchase option, 401k, etc. This company has many opportunities for promotion and advancement. The job security is second to none. The company has never had to fire anyone it it's history when hurting financially when it comes to things like Covid. No one was let go. You have job security here.
