You have to wear a suit every day. They recently removed ties, but it's still a bit silly for the Tech department who has no in-person dealings with customers. No industry tech to grow your skills with. Unless the job description mentions something different you will use a low-code system. Below average starting Salary. Not much feedback on work quality, and no ways to personally track your status/chance for a raise. You get a yearly review and that's it unless you ask. Poor communication from Upper management and they don't listen to people. Open door policy is a convenient way to claim you do but if no action is taken then it's just a farce.
