Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased to hear you can appreciate our extensive health and benefits programme. With regards to pay, our salaries are reviewed annually in line with the external market to ensure that we remain competitive, and this is coupled with the internal salary review and annual bonus scheme which has recently been significantly enhanced in the UK. We work incredibly hard to ensure that our salaries are competitive, but also our overall offering which includes benefits, lifestyle, health and flexibility, both when it comes to flexing benefits and also flexibly working (99% of our employees are working and will continue to work flexibly). When it comes to progression, around 40% of our roles are filled internally (in addition to anyone receiving promotion within their current team/not as a result of recruitment), and we pride ourselves on the progression and development opportunity that exists at Experian, whether this be via recognition or promotion, formal qualifications, development courses, secondments, Gigs and more. There is so much that we can offer here so please do get in touch with us if you'd like a confidential conversation, and we are happy to signpost you to the relevant materials which are available on Zoom. Thank you again for leaving a review. Employer Branding Coordinator
