Pros

Great life-work balance. People are generally nice. Nice environment and team.

Cons

Not everyone is involved in tech, which is not necessary a problem unless you count on learning from others.

Pros

- Technically, lots of diverse projects which results in getting to use a variety of modelling tools, whatever works best for the job! - Great team and friendly people. - Clear strategic direction (and open to feedback), whilst giving lots of freedom on the specifics. - Competent product managers!

Cons

- Lacking in wider data science expertise, lots of data but teams actively modelling/engaging in machine learning seem few and far between. - Limited (technical) learning and development at work (team-dependent though). - Like most companies, for security reasons new technologies are often avoided due to long approvals/bureaucracy. - Sometimes feels like sales is prioritised/data teams neglected despite data literally being the product sold.
