Pros

Good development opportunities lower down the ranks and structured career paths.

Cons

However, when you get to a certain level it’s all about your face fitting, saying the right things in meetings regardless of what you’re actually capable of delivering. A bit like the Tory party?

Pros

Clever Software packages bought from other Companies. Most staff are good to work and socialise with. Office space is now comfortable and well located.

Cons

Lack of career progression, bring in 457s from Head Office that blocks you opportunities. Development and Support activities being moved to 4th world country. HR are overtly pro-affirmative action and actively discriminate against hetro-males.
