Experian Response
1wThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not reflected the culture we aspire to create.
We recognise that periods of change can be challenging, particularly as teams adapt to new priorities and ways of working. Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person collaboration, learning and connection. While we place significant value on bringing colleagues together, we continue to offer a highly flexible approach compared with many organisations that have returned to four or five days per week in the office.
Since introducing our updated hybrid working model in the UK&I, we've seen our highest-ever employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, employee advocacy and survey participation scores. We're also proud to have once again been recognised as a Great Place to Work, reflecting the positive experiences shared by many of our employees.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective, I do encourage you to discuss this with HR internally. We value all feedback and remain committed to creating a great experience for our people.
Richard Scott – Chief People Officer - UK&I
