Pros

Good health insurance. Culture is completely team dependent and COULD be ok.

Cons

Everyone is overworked and underpaid, flexibility is gone and culture tanking. They made a lot of high performing employees redundant and haven't adequately replaced them but keep increasing the performance goals. No overtime is paid and you are expected to cover the gaps created by putting different hats on. Recently the leadership team made the decision to impose office attendance 2 days a week for everyone that has less the 3.5hours one way commute. No consideration on employees with families or the extra cost this imposes on their employees. HR and managers refuse any and all requests for remote working and all employees attendance is being monitored and will be held against them and their department. The vast majority is working with teams in India or Bulgaria (since they offshored hundreds of roles) so we have to join the office to be in virtual calls all day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not reflected the culture we aspire to create. We recognise that periods of change can be challenging, particularly as teams adapt to new priorities and ways of working. Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person collaboration, learning and connection. While we place significant value on bringing colleagues together, we continue to offer a highly flexible approach compared with many organisations that have returned to four or five days per week in the office. Since introducing our updated hybrid working model in the UK&I, we've seen our highest-ever employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, employee advocacy and survey participation scores. We're also proud to have once again been recognised as a Great Place to Work, reflecting the positive experiences shared by many of our employees. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, I do encourage you to discuss this with HR internally. We value all feedback and remain committed to creating a great experience for our people.
