Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person collaboration, learning and connection. While we place significant value on bringing colleagues together, we continue to offer a highly flexible approach compared with many organisations that have returned to four or five days per week in the office. Since introducing our updated hybrid working model in the UK&I, we've seen our highest-ever employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, employee advocacy and survey participation scores.
