Pros

I appreciate that everyone contributes and supports one another, so you’ll never feel left behind when you’re stuck. The colleagues are amazing—always ready to guide you—and the management truly trusts you to grow with the company. Despite the high targets, which are normal in sales, the work–life balance is excellent. The company also offers the flexibility to work from home, provides more than sufficient leave, and offers great benefits that make the overall experience very rewarding.

Cons

Can't really find the bad things in Experian as everyone plays the same role and treated equally.
