Pros

- lots of support settling in, training not rushed and plenty of time to meet the team - good work life balance - I’m not micromanaged, left to get on with my work - lots of benefits, team lunches, free pizza - option to work from home on hybrid contract - able to do 3 paid volunteering days a year - have the ability to work in different teams to broaden experience

Cons

- training material quite outdated - can be meeting heavy at times
