Pros

Colleagues and management are very open to receiving feedback, team work and understanding of priorities, therefore this makes time management easy to master. Also the atmosphere is very relaxed, it's a great company.

Cons

Some benefits such as requesting expenses, stock market and financial aid with studying are available, but they are not explained in full depth during the onboarding

Pros

With high focus from management on growing the Hyderabad center, lots of opportunities to grow your career. Very good and diverse tech stack Many opportunities to innovate and try new tech driven by the management Approachable management

Cons

Additional benefit like insurance and others are less. Less annual hikes although bonus is in general are hefty. HR Policies are still a work in progress.
