Pros

The culture is amazing. The leadership cares about you as a person and wants you to grow personally and professionally. There are multiple resources to take courses and learn more then put them into practice. If you aren't doing well, the company will ask what they can do for you to help you get better.

Cons

The only real negative is my financial compensation is slightly lower than the national median and average; however, I feel the other benefits make up for it.

I had a smooth onboarding here. The projects are really exciting and for someone wanting to develop their careers and skills in finance and analytics, this is the place to be. Experian does cutting edge work and the people are friendly.
