The team at Experian is incredibly supportive and friendly. They genuinely care about building an inclusive workplace, and I feel like I can bring my true self to work. Plus, the flexibility with no mandatory office days allows for a great work life balance.

Cons

With the recent illion acquisition, there's been quite a bit of change, but the leadership team has done a good job managing it, especially considering the scale of the merger
