Pros

Experian is a renowned company in the credit reporting and data analytics industry, which can offer job stability and opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Employees may perceive favoritism or have difficulty advancing within the organization, which can lead to frustration and a lack of career growth. In addition, I was unfairly denied a yearly bonus and a pay increase for a number of years after voicing my true feelings to a team member regarding his work ethics. Keep in mind that Experian does not have a policy to retain employees, no matter how long you work with them, they will not make any counteroffers. Also, pay scales are way lower than the current market rate.
