Pros

Very good benefits. Strong company. Team was nice.

Cons

Very little focus in innovation, a lot of pretending and blah blah but not real innovation. Lot of politics. Infrastructure and processes were very immature you have to do a lot of bureaucracy in order to do anything and depends too much in who you know or not in order to make the things quickly.

Pros

- Excellent Compensation: The total mix of pay, bonuses, and benefits is outstanding. - Compassionate: The company is very vocally committed to work-life balance. - Innovative: Committed to maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, and to giving projects the latitude they need to deliver modern solutions.

Cons

- Team Lock-in: Very little flexibility in moving across teams within the organization. - Chaotic Project Management: The project management org seems apathetic and internally disconnected, and the result is often chaos for project teams.
