Pros

Experian provides excellent opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development. I have had the chance to work on impactful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues across different business areas, and develop new skills in training, instructional design, AI, and leadership. The company promotes an inclusive culture where employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, participate in ERGs, and make a positive impact both inside and outside the organization. Flexible work arrangements and strong support for innovation are additional highlights.

Cons

Like many large global organizations, navigating processes and obtaining approvals can sometimes take longer than expected. Priorities may shift quickly based on business needs, which can create challenges when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Cross-functional collaboration is rewarding but occasionally requires significant coordination across different teams and stakeholders.
