Pros

- Experian is firing on all cylinders at achieving their mission to be the consumer's bureau. Leadership truly cares about creating financial inclusion for all. - The people are friendly and always willing to help you learn and achieve your goals. - Opportunity to grow and even take on new positions/roles is encouraged. -Benefits are great and pay is competitive.

Cons

-Getting clients through internal onboarding is not seamless and takes a very long time. Sometimes I think the clients might walk away because it takes so long. -Goaling for sales team is ambiguous and no one can explain it. -Culture could be improved. I know they are working on it, but there is a long way to go.
