Pros

Plenty of opportunities if you know how to grab them. Lots of paid time off and holidays, 401K and Stock share matching Lots of discount programs for working at the company

Cons

Managers will hold things against workers instead of helping them grow, will put them down. Management never seems to move up so it can be difficult getting past them. Inter-company transfers don't net much increased pay, despite the fact that the same career changes would be significantly more money outside the company
