Pros

Smart people who actually care (for a big company). Also have a fair bit of innovation going on both in the US and abroad. Very strong internationally

Cons

Run by accountants and finance types, thus the great stock performance, but very difficult to get people to collaborate because they are alway focused on their own P&L

Pros

Great team work and collaboration. Good work ethics.Great people to work with. Good office environment and break rooms. Multicultural environment.

Cons

Technical strategies are dictated by higher management who have less technical experience and have no idea what they are doing; technical people are not being consulted. Hard deadlines leave less room for software quality. IT department has always been powerless and their job is just to follow directions.
