Pros

Interesting and challenging projects.

Cons

Absurd micromanagement. You have to account to the project lead every 30 mins on certain occasions with progress. Everyone is trying to look like a rock star at the cost of stepping over colleagues. Very unhealthy work environment. Very low salary considering the average for the field.

Great Benefits, Remote work, good middle management

Cons

Salary is very low, I worked there for 4 years and every year they had layoffs. Upper Management has no idea what they are doing.
