Pros

Hmm can't really think of any pros except for more or less flexibility with remote work schedule. Decent training.

Cons

Absolutely clueless management, director of the department hiding behind other people's backs when it's time to deliver feedback. People constantly bring their relatives and former classmates that quickly advance in their career while people that have been working for a while get zero attention. Constant employee flow - no one wants to stay or they let people "go" to give spots for relatives and friends. Ruse management that needs to be trained on how to talk to people. Also the pay is trash. Stay away!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience here at Experian. We appreciate your comments and experience feedback, and we value the opportunity to address your concerns. We're pleased to hear that you've found some flexibility in our remote work schedule and that you've had a positive experience with our training programs. We take pride in fostering an environment where our employees can grow and develop their skills. It's disheartening to hear that you've encountered challenges related to management and career advancement. This is not common feedback (across our almost 6k glassdoor reviews or GPTW annual survey results). I appreciate you're no longer with Experian but I'd love to understand your points of view in more detail. Please reach out to me, in the strictest of confidence, on doug.kelsall@experian.com to expand on your feedback, thanks.
