      Really nice colleagues Lots of socials and free coke! Can be an easy sell due to experian being so well established in the market and also diversifying itself to remain relevant

      Cons

      Bad management - no development, just bullying implicit bullying tactics Blind following of 'the business' - no consistent strategy High staff turnover due to emphasis on perception rather than sales - if you don't think how the business needs you to then you're out Treated like children

      A little Churn and Burn for employees but a fun young company

      Pros

      fun young company who hires a lot of people without a lot of experience, great pay and benefits. Loved the people at this company and the perks like coffee and snacks and open bars ever months

      Cons

      If you are honest and follow the rules you will not be successful. Pretty cut throat, poor sales enablement structure, very difficult company to do business with which makes selling to other companies difficult. Product offering is extremely convoluted and flawed as well as the territory division.

      Overworked, under appreciated and whole department was planned to be moved to Chile when I was hired.

      Pros

      The people were hard workers and willing to share their experiencial information for the benefit of the department. I gained some experience that was beneficial to me as a person.

      Cons

      Workload was usually excessive and overly demanding. The work was stressful, monotonus and error prone.
