Pros

Good committed teams, strong leadership of business units, focus on teamwork. Good information sharing.

Cons

No real downsides to mention. some red tape but its a large FTSE 100 organisation so no better/ worse than you would expect.

Pros

It used to be a nice place to work, with work/life balance, team work and interesting plans for the future where you could contribute with ideas

Cons

Top Management changes very often and the last one are very negative individuals, without a clue or a real plan for the company and no regard for the people who work there. They really don't know what they are doing.
