Pros

Most people encourage a sense of team work in the way they work.

Cons

Constant changes on teams/accounts hampers growth, provides a sense of instability and gives the sense of starting all over again in a new team.

Pros

People are great Lots of long timers (I was there for 9 years myself) Easy to move between departments and jobs

Cons

Salary - people at the same level doing the same job with up to 5k difference You are treated more like a number Used to be lots of staff perks that dissipated as the years went on Often treated as a child an not an adult It's still very much a 'boys club"

Pros

Great company with loads of opportunities for top talents to make a difference or positive impact to the future data driven technologies and economies!

Cons

Matrix and silo structured appeared to be a hindrance to progress, development and change. Branding challenge causes talent attraction and retention.
