Pros

Senior management has been stable and they have done a good job growing. The brand is known. The general business impression of the brand is almost entirely positive.

Cons

Like other companies that grew by acquisition - not sure the bigger picture "synergies" have (or will) materialize any time soon. Plus, like other large companies they hire a lot from the outside.

Pros

IF you like good corporate structure, this is the place for you. Strong leadership direction and decisions are made carefully . It is a credit /risk company! Not a slave ship, you work reasonable hours 8-9 hours a day.

Cons

Pay is below average. not by much , but a tad bit low. But makes up for it with reasonable work hours
