Pros

Growth potential of the business globally. Most recent acquistions have been good fits with the overall businesses we are in. Excellent overall culture, lots of people that have left for greener pastures end up returning because of the culture. 5 years in a row of bonus payouts. Competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Inability to integrate acqusitions effectively. Lack of acknowledgment for job well done by non sales management staff. Because there has been so much growth so fast it is sometimes confusing how to get things done and it has become more beaureacratic as a result.

Pros

Cool stuff to work with. Good collegues fun clients and projects. Probably opportunities in on the global scale.

Cons

I can´t speek for for Experian as a whole. I had my firt encounter with the "Experian way" some weeks ago on a joint conferens for the Scandinavian Countries. But in the Business Strategies Division in the Nordic contries there are a almost comic lack of leadership. The management in Sweden seems to work only to keep their job. No visions, no goals, no nothing.
