Pros

Great Benefits, Remote work, good middle management

Cons

Salary is very low, I worked there for 4 years and every year they had layoffs. Upper Management has no idea what they are doing.

-Laid back culture for most groups -Data analytics heavy -Immediately vested in 401(k) match contributions

Cons

-New Management changed the culture which led to heavy turnover -Industry isn't the same -Products have to compete with free-mium options

Pros

Competitive pay, bonus plan, benefits.

Cons

A grind. Repetitive work. Can become uninteresting and draining. No training or mentoring. Not a job for the long term because of these things.
