Pros

Good benefits, PTO, and maternity and paternity leave Salary is somewhat competitive- however they are revamping job descriptions and bringing in new talent in lower than market average. The employees are great to work with.

Cons

Sales makes unrealistic obligations to clients - the SVP of Sales has fantastic ideas but comes across brash and unsupportive of the teams doing the work. The implementation structure is chaotic and needs reviewed. Members of management are often unable to maintain timelines due to unrealistic sales goals and push from the executive suite to make revenue goals. Layoffs are annual around end of fiscal year to mitigate revenue losses and achieve financial targets.
